After days of rain, the clouds began to clear and reveal the face of Half Dome. Standing in mud next to a newly formed pond I captured this image. Minutes later it all disappeared into a hazy mist. The trees vanished too and all that was left was the pond. The veil covered Half Dome for the rest of my stay at Yosemite.
